Hansford Hospice holds annual fundraising golf tournament

46 golfers participated in the Hansford Hospice golf tournament last Saturday at the Spearman Golf Course raising money to support the organization. The golf tournament is one of the major fundraisers for Hospice each year.

The event has been organized over the years by Karen and Richey Thompson and local businesses sponsorship of Tee Boxes help to make the event a success.

Hansford Hospice provides special care for your family members with a terminal illness. Hospice cares involves helping patients with medical needs, but they also provide social, emotion and spiritual support for both the patient and the caregiver.

Hospice care is managed by the Hospital, but local funds are raised help to support hospice care services for our community members.
